The music is royalty-free with an active Flow Pro creator license. That phrase describes the license model; it does not mean the recordings are copyright-free or public domain.
Creator licenses are deliberately narrower than ownership. They do not transfer the master recording, publishing, or composition rights from Virzy Guns Production. They do not permit standalone redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sampling, remixes, derivative songs, Content ID registration, or uploading the recordings to Spotify, Apple Music, or another DSP under a creator's own name.
If your project is a game, an app, a music library, a template marketplace, or another use outside the published creator workflow, ask for a separate written permission rather than assuming the subscription covers it.
